   on the main menu on Wii Sports it will show sports,on the left side it will show an idea what it looks like,under that box it will show you two selections.One has a picture of working out weights,press A on that you will access FITNESS TEST in no time

   I haven’t been on Wii Sports for a while, but I think on the menu, (where you choose the sport) in the bottom right corner.

   It’s on the main menu bottom right corner when you pick which sport to play. In fact my family is playing now.
