Which is the better gym to work as a personal trainer for. 24hr Fitness or Lifetime Fitness?

Is there anyone who has personal trained at these places that can give me some input? I just graduated with a 4-year Kinesiology degree and am ISSA certified. What is the pay difference between the two? What was it like working there? Benefits? :) Thanks.
