What do you think is better for all-round physical fitness? Team sports or jogging?

    Well, if you do team sports you’ll end up having to do jogs as part as training, so I’d go with that one :)

    it is going to depend on frequency. whichever you will actually do more often

    I have always found insulting a sports team and having to jog away from them really quickly an affective way to maintain fitness.
