i have this assignment for P.E and i need to put a picture of a sport for each fitness components: Endurance cardio / muscular, strength, flexibility, speed, power, agility, balance, co-ordination, speed of reaction and timing.

its quite a lot so what ever you can would be great

    endurance - tennis (matches have lasted up around 5 hours and running on your bent knees realy puts alot of pressure on your calfes)

    strenght - weight lifting (complete body strenght is required)

    flexibility - takewondo

    speed - 100m sprint

    power - swimming

    balance - gymnastics

    co-ordination - boxing or soccer|

    speed of reacting - sword fighting (the one where they use the swords like in the three muskateers, soori mate iv gone blank on the name)
