Items Stolen at Lifetime Fitness asked:

All of my items were stolen out of a LOCKED gym locker at a Lifetime Fitness. With over $500 in lost belongings, the club is not offering anything as of yet. The thief or thieves tried to go on a spending spree, but only got as far as one convenient store. I would like to sue for the total of my losses based on a number of factors.

1. We are not given the option to use our own locks.

2. The security cameras that the staff initially pointed out, conveniently did not function during the robbery.

3.A single sign stating they are not responsible should not absolve the club of any and all wrongdoing each and every time.

Do I have a chance to win a small claims suit? Thanks!
