Well, my sisters friend recommended me into one of the fitness first (ABS-CBN branch) to go to gym their, im having doubts because 1st, i haven’t seen any body builders coming from fitness first 2nd, the cost of having a personal trainer because of my back problem. An employee called me and said i could try out for a day but most top gyms offer that. So, what do you guys think?
