I’m 21 year old girl , my weight is 45 kg and my height is 163 cm . I have very bony legs and it’s appearance is not so good :( . my knee come out of my leg , I don’t know how to describ it . I hope you understand what I mean . please help me to make it better .
is it abnormal to have such legs ?
if I become fatter my knees become better or not?

    No, but you are extremely thin for your height, this might be why your knees seem to be sticking out. You could easily afford to gain 5 kgs.

    You need to gain about 5-6 kgs of weight. But then you should also have it distributed around your body and not just around the mid section. Start eating more than what you do and do some exercises like brisk walking.

    Have you ever seem a guy with a big muscular upper body and then he has skrawny little legs? Thats because he doesnt train his legs like the rest of his body. It sounds to me like you need to do 2 things : eat and do some compound excercises that target the lower body. Deadlifts, Squats and calf raises would probably be best for you. Sprinting would be good too (ever watch the summer olympics?). Keep you workout sessions brief and intense because this method builds muscle better than long less intense workouts (compare the legs on a sprinter and a marathon runner).
