Anyone have the instruction manual for a Crane sports Fitness stick?

This is a medium size fitness stick, bought at Aldi, Australia. Model number 7059. I don’t have an instruction manual and the crane sports website is useless! Would really appreciate a photocopy at my cost of one!

    If google is no help, ask - an international search agency for repair manuals. They find you virtually every manual.
