I’m trying to tone my whole entire body. Expecially my gut and arms. I dnt realy work out much so I was wondering if there are easy excersises I can do and everytime I work out take it up a notch a bit.

    In my opinion there is nothing better than isometric exercises for body toning/shaping.

    The intensity of the exercises are more important than the duration. Short, sweet but very effective.

    Below is a page with examples of isometric exercises. Read a little bit about isometrics.
