If you were me? I want to get a degree in biology or fitness and sports. Already with a MIS degree?

So as you can tell I changed my mind after I graduated thats about it. …. All of my items were stolen out of a LOCKED gym locker at a Lifetime Fitness. With over $500 in lost belongings, the club is not offering anything as of yet. The thief or thieves tried to go on a spending spree, but only got as far as one convenient store. I would like to sue for the total of my losses based on a number of factors.

1. We are not given the option to use our own locks.

2. The security cameras that the staff initially pointed out, conveniently did not function during the robbery.

3.A single sign stating they are not responsible should not absolve the club of any and all wrongdoing each and every time.

Do I have a chance to win a small claims suit? Thanks!

What are the treadmills that they use in Lifetime Fitness gyms?

Does anybody have any information on the model or brand of the treadmill(s) they have at the “Lifetime Fitness” gyms? If you folks know any brand of treadmills that are particularly good for their price, that will help too. I am looking to buy a treadmill that can carry me and help me to reach my ideal weight of 180 lbs. (Currently 230 lbs at 6 feet 0 inches). Thanks.

I’m about to graduate and am thinking of applying at this new gym accross town called Lifetime Fitness, but being a senior \ a lot of pot gets smoked by me and my friends for fun and I want to know before I waste my time if these people violate my constitutional right to privacy and conduct pre employement drug tests? If they do it’s no big deal I just won’t apply but if they don’t I will apply and they’ll get a good employee.
